Bus Station-Fátima

The project of the renovation of the Fátima Bus station will renovate the exterior image of the building improving it’s energetic efficiency trough the use of a ventilated façade with termal insulation.

The project will simplify the geometry of the building which is somewhat defragmented and difficult to read as a whole. The project takes advantage of the new material of the façades to create na image of a volume that stands over another, connecting the different volumetries of the existing façade.

Viroc, a panel of a mix of cement and wood, with it’s grey concrete texture gives an heavy look to the ground floor contrasting with the corten steel brownish look.
